SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION
Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order
is written. · Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise
occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.
(A) ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO RETURNS (B) NO REFUNDS
All Exchanges and Cancellations are subject to seller approval. A restocking fee of 30% will be assessed on approved cases. 2. There is no warranty beyond manufacturer's, if applicable. The Furniture Company will assist the buyer in the exercise of factory warranties. 3. At any time after the purchase/sale process The Furniture Company reserves the right to correct mathematical errors in pricing and/or computations. 4. On any financed purchase the buyer agrees to release funds from the finance company to process their order. 8. Dates on special orders are best estimates. Some delays may occur on your purchase order due to manufacturer delays and/or production times. The Furniture Company shall not be held responsible for these delays. 9. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 bank charge.
